COVID-19 DISTANCING PROCEDURE

 

 

Dear Valued Customers:

We are updating policies and procedures to safely remain open during these difficult times. Royal Concrete Products Co Ltd is doing its best to balance the needs of our customers with our need to be socially responsible and our duty to protect our employees and their families. We are all in this together and appreciate your cooperation and patience.
Our goal is to remain open following strict guidelines to ensure the safety of our customers and our employees.

The following procedures will be put into place until further notice:

• All business will be conducted by phone, text, or email. This includes customers purchasing from Royal Concrete Products Co Ltd. Customers and Vendors must wear masks whenever they're coming to our showroom or factory outlet otherwise, they won't be allowed to enter. 

• All customers MUST call in orders and pay via mobile money or bank deposits. Once orders are processed, customers can drive into the factory outlet to get loaded.

• Customers are asked to remain in their vehicle, while our employees will load their order unless otherwise instructed.

• All returns must be communicated via phone, text, or email BEFORE coming to the factory yard, you will be instructed accordingly.

• Orders will be communicated from our office to our factory outlet employees via oneway calls, so they will know your complete order to load on your vehicle.

• ALL CUSTOMERS MUST REMAIN IN THEIR VEHICLES for the safety of our employees.

• Employees will do the loading as many transactions as possible.
